Project Scope
As a part of Techno’s “On-Call” Prime Consultant Agreement, we are currently performing Construction Management Services at the JFK International Airport to the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Our CM staff has provided oversight of construction activities for various civil and structural construction projects at the Airport, which include the following:
Project #1: Rockaway Blvd. Access Phase I & II ($3M)
- Removal of existing Conc.& Asphalt pavement, 6’/8’ Steel Chain Link Fence. Jersey Barriers, AOA Barriers/fence, Steel Face/Concrete Curbs)
- 10” Conc. Pavement as per NYDOT/ACI Specifications
- 10’’ Hot mix Asphalt Pavement as per NYDOT Specifications
- 16” Asphaltic Porous Pavement as per PA Specifications
- Installation of Catch Basins, Pipes, Storm Water Inlets, Concrete and Steel faced Curbs as per DEP/DCC specifications
- Installation of 6’ high Steel CLFas per DOT Specifications
- Installation of 8’ high Steel AOA Fence and AOA Concrete Barriers
