As a part of Techno’s On-Call Agreement with the PANYNJ providing CM & Inspection staff throughout various locations and facilities, The Port Authority has executed an agreement with Racebrook Capital’s ARK Development, LLC to construct and operate the world’s first privately owned airport animal terminal and air freight facility. The 24/7 full-service facility will offer in-transit companion animal kenneling, an import and export USDA-approved equine and aviary quarantine, veterinary hospital, animal diagnostic laboratory and a dog and cat boarding center with training, spa and grooming services and is scheduled for operation this year.

The $48 million, 178,000-square-foot, 14.4 acre site facility (Ark) is currently under construction at New York’s John F. • Modification of the existing sprinkler system
  • New framing and roofing
