Water & Waste Water
In 2001, Techno began working on it’s first construction management project with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) at Croton Water Treatment Facility in Queens. The rest – is what we say history. Over the last 17 years, our breadth and experience on Water & Waste Water projects has been the core moat and competitive advantage for Techno. Project experiences include Water Pollution Control Plants, Water Filtrations Facilities, Force Main and Trunk Main Rehabilitation, Pumping Station Rehabilitation, Dam and Reservoir Reconstruction and Water Tunnels.
We have worked with several major public sector entity in the Northeast including NYCDEP, Nassau County DPW, City of Newark, City of Baltimore DPW and D.C. Water on all of their large capital programs, providing a range of CM / PM services. We began as a sub-consultant and have worked our way to completing various CM projects as a Prime Consultant for our clients that are featured below.
