Queensway Phase 1 Project Commencement
June 9th, 2023
Techno has officially commenced the design for Queensway Phase I, developing a half-mile stretch of abandoned railroad property.
Design components include walking and bicycle paths, viewing platforms, bio-retention areas and planters, a pedestrian bridge over the LIRR, new pathway lighting, and much more.
This $ 35 Million dollar initiative is a major step toward the Mayor’s Open Space Initiatives, and we look forward to providing innovative ideas and solutions for the City of New York. Stay Tuned for updates on this exciting project. #NYCEDC #design #QueenswayPhase1 #TheQueensway
