Techno wins Housing Authority of Baltimore City Contract

Techno has been awarded Construction Management Consultant Services Contract by the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC). Under this $1.5 million, three-year term contract, Techno will provide multi-discipline Professional Services on an “On-Call” basis to HABC in pre-construction, construction, design/build and construction management. Techno will serve as the overall Project Manager for several mixed-finance projects that are being undertaken by HABC and its instrumentality Baltimore Affordable Housing Development, Inc. (BAHD).
