Woodcliff Lake School District Woodcliff Middle Lake School and Dorchester Elementary School

The  Board  of  Education  of  the  Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey has undertaken the task of expansion of the schools in their district. The project comprises of the Additions and Renovation of the Woodcliff Lake Middle School and Dorchester Elementary School.

Woodcliff Lake Middle School
The work at the Middle School will be completed in three different phases. In Phase: 1, two new Parking Lots and Access Drive are to be constructed. New Gymnasium and Additional Class Rooms are to be completed in Phase: 2. Phase: 3 comprises of the Renovations of Classrooms, Board Offices, SGI’s, Storage,  Bathrooms, Corridors  and  offices. The total project comprises of 25,000 SF of addition and 12,000 SF of renovation.

Dorchester Elementary School
The   work   at   the   Dorchester   Elementary School shall be completed in three phases. Phase: 1 includes New Addition, Renovations of existing class-rooms to new Small Classroom, Corridor and Elevator is to be completed. Phase: 2 includes Renovation of existing Kindergarten classrooms and Faculty Room to Computer Room, SGI, World Language, Faculty Room, renovation of General Offices, renovation of  existing offices to Speech Room, renovation of existing office to Conference Room, convert existing showers to Conference Room and renovations of existing corridor ceiling. Phase: 3 comprise of the renovation of existing Board of Education Offices to Pre-K Special Education and CST.   The total project comprises of 10,000 SF of addition and 13,000 SF of renovation.
