Verona Board of Education Southern Regional Middle School

The Southern Regional Board of Education has undertaken expansion and modernization of the Schools in their districts in Manahawkin, New Jersey. The project comprises of the Re- placement of the HVAC System at the Southern Regional Middle School, Manahawkin, New Jersey.

The project will be executed in a way as to minimize the disruption of the workability of the schooling system. Placement of Geo- Thermal System has already commenced, which will be followed by the Renovation and Additions of roof-top units at the Roof.  

The work has been planned to be completed in different phases, which includes, all classrooms,  all corridors,  Cafeteria & Kitchen, which will be followed by the work in the existing Gymnasiums and Lockers. The work in the Main Office and Guidance shall commence during the summer of 2006. The total project comprises  of  40,000  SF  of  replacement  of HVAC systems.
