PANYNJ Various Projects at Holland & Lincoln Tunnel Rehabilitation and Repair Projects

Techno Consult has served as a Prime CM Consultant for the Port Authority over the last ten years, and has worked across every major facility and transportation hub. Techno is providing oversight of construction activities and coordination of work for projects at the Holland & Lincoln Tunnel, related to infrastructure and building work. These projects include the following:

Project: MF-208.909 $2.5M Holland Tunnel Traffic Signal System Integration,
The project included installation of new cameras, videos, communication modules, monitors, surge protectors and network equipment. Install fiber optic cables, test and documentations and integrate on traffic control system.

Project: LT-5200 $800K Lighting Upgrade at Dyer Plaza
The project included replacement and upgrade Lighting Fixture at Lincoln Tunnel, Dyer Plaza, New York Side.

Project: LT-234.13 $3.3M Mid River Pump Room Conversion to Explosion Proof Equipment
The project included upgrade electrical, telecommunication equipment to explosion proof equipment, monitor and control through SCADA.

Project: LT-234.182 $1.2M Lincoln Tunnel Replacement Jersey Toll Plaza Variable Message System.
The project included replacement of lane control signals, variable message signs and fully integrate VMS & lane control signals to the SCADA software.

Project: LT-234.179 $5M Lincoln Tunnel Water Buffer Zone
The project included installation of new chain panels at New York River Vent Building, Pier 79, as security and safety barriers.
