PANYNJ On-Call CM Services at Newark Liberty International Airport

Techno has provided Construction Management Services at the Newark Liberty International (EWR) Airport directly as an extension of staff to the Engineering & Maintenance Unit of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. 

Techno provided oversight of construction activities, inspection and coordination of work with the Port Authority Maintenance Unit for various construction projects at the Airport and was responsible for the supervision of EWR Projects, which included the following: 

Miscellaneous Buildings Fire Alarm System Upgrades: The project involved the replacement of the existing fire alarm system in 4 buildings at EWR 

• Building 79 Modification of Truck Wash Bay 10 
• Supervised the construction of pit drains and the installation of chambers and pump stations 
• Oversight of construction of Terminal C Parking Garage 
• EWR Monorail Upgrades 
• Removal and Restoration the parking lot P6 Temporary Toll Plaza 
• Remedial Repair for P7 Parking Lot Ponding (Drainage System Installation) 
• Repair Water Main Break at Building 1 Parking Lot 
• Perimeter Strengthening Phase: I 
• CCTV in Terminals A & C: Installation of Security Cameras System
