Techno Consult Inc is responsible for the project management/administrative duties of the PATH Sandy Recovery Program. Our staff reports directly to the Construction Management Office Resident Engineer and oversees tasks associated with, but not limited to, the processing of contractors’ payments, updating the monthly reports in terms of work in place and financial status, verifies charge codes, award amounts and authorized amounts, tracks classified work, participation plans, and processing of extra work requests.

Techno’s staff is working across a variety of high priority rehabilitation and improvement projects at PATH including:
