Bristol Borough Public School District K-8 Grade School

The Bristol Borough Public School District, Bristol, Pennsylvania, has under-taken the task of Construction of a New Kindergarten thru 8th Grade School in Bristol Borough, Pennsylvania. The gross area of the proposed construction is 185,251 SF.

The proposed Building Project is a 1 Story Building with a partial Second Floor. The methods of construction is concrete slab on grade, steel frame and load bearing concrete masonry walls, brick veneer and concrete masonry cavity walls, concrete masonry interior walls, a combination of a concrete slab and steel deck on steel joist, and concrete plank floor construction. The construction utilizes a combination of a membrane roofing system on steel deck and joists and a standing seam metal roof with rigid insulation. The building is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system throughout. 

The proposed building has been broken into five distinctive areas A, B, C, D, and E for construction phasing and drawing clarification purposes. The first floor includes kindergarten classrooms, multi-purpose room, stage, kitchen, faculty dining room, gang bathroom, classrooms, library, computer labs, art room, cafeteria,   music rooms, administrative suites, and gymnasium. The second floor houses general classrooms, art room, Computer Labs, Gang Bathrooms.

Techno Consult Inc., is providing CPM Scheduling Services for the project. Responsibilities included:

• Discussion with the Project Manager to finalize the schedule
• Time Scale Logic without any Cost/Resource Loading
• Preparation of Network Diagram and Analysis
• Computer generated Analysis and Reports
• Prepare Narrative Report
• Updated CPM Schedule and Bar Chart
• Monthly Updates
