Omar Salhoobi, P.E., CCM

Omar Salhoobi is a Vice President at the firm and leads our Construction Services efforts across Construction Management and Resident Engineering Projects. Prior to joining Techno, Omar spent over a decade at The LiRo Group, where he rose through the ranks in Senior Project Leaderships. Salhoobi is a seasoned civil engineer with over a decade of extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects for major New York City and State agencies, including the Department of Design and Construction (DDC) and more.

Omar holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University and in addition to being a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Connecticut, he maintains multiple industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA), Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), and LEED Green Associate.
