Michael Menno, P.E.

Michael Menno is an Assistant Vice President at the firm and supports our Construction Services efforts across Construction Management and Resident Engineering projects. Prior to joining Techno, Michael held senior leadership roles at PACO Group, Tectonic Engineering, T.Y. Lin International, and Jacobs, where he led the delivery of complex capital programs across rail and transit, civil and highway infrastructure, and buildings and facilities. Michael is a seasoned civil engineer with over 24 years of diverse experience managing major infrastructure programs across both the public and private sectors.

Michael holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both New York and New Jersey.
