Khalid Mallick, P.E.

Khalid Mallick is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Techno. Since establishing the firm in 2001, his leadership has guided Techno’s growth from a one-person practice to a regional infrastructure firm with seven offices serving dozens of public-sector clients. Khalid oversees the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and overall financial and operational management.

Before founding Techno, Khalid spent two decades with Bovis Lend Lease, Terminal Construction Corporation, and IT Corporation (now CB&I), managing major civil-engineering and environmental-infrastructure projects.

A licensed Professional Engineer in 10 states, Khalid holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Pakistan.
