Hasan Askari, P.E.

Hasan Askari is a Vice President at Techno, where he oversees the firm’s Maryland and Washington, DC business development efforts and regional operations. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex design and construction management programs across the public and private sectors, with deep expertise in large-scale infrastructure, water and wastewater, federal, and public-private partnership (P3) projects.

Prior to joining Techno, Hasan served as President and Project Executive of HASCON for over two decades, where he held full profit-and-loss responsibility and led the delivery of major infrastructure, federal, and P3 projects nationwide, including DC Water’s Clean Rivers Project, large-scale wastewater and tunneling programs, mixed-use developments, federal courthouses, and Department of Defense facilities.

Hasan is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in Maryland, New York, and Washington, DC, and holds a Class A Contractor license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology.
