Techno is pleased to announce that Hasan A. Askari, P.E. will serve as Vice President. With more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction management, and strategic operations, Hasan brings a wealth of expertise to the role, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-impact infrastructure projects.
Hasan previously served as President and Project Executive of HASCON Construction and Construction Management, where he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including construction management, contract administration, and inspection services. In this role, he led multidisciplinary teams, managed critical projects, and developed corporate policies that supported organizational objectives while maintaining strict compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Hasan holds a Master of Civil Engineering and an MBA, and offers extensive expertise in engineering design oversight, contract negotiation, and construction management. He is committed to delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions that strengthen infrastructure and positively impact communities throughout the Washington, DC–Baltimore metropolitan area.
